Telecom company
A consultancy placement in the line organisation that maintains global systems. Tasks included are establish strategies, process requirement specifications, operational monitoring, as well as ordering and following up on system development deliveries from external suppliers.

Bank
Project management position responsible for setting up and leading acceptance tests, along with the management of the client's overall delivery approval and operational readiness process. The project includes several external suppliers.

Large membership-based organization
Procurement of an administrative system for memberships. Review of the IT-supplier contracts and suggesting improvments of agreements, and procurement of outsourcing of the IT-operation and support.
