CCS Management is run by a group of dedicated individuals with extensive experience of participating in and running business and IT-related projects.

The company was started in 1991 with the aim of providing an alternative to the large management consultancies. We are a smaller, more personal consultancy that can offer resource and cost-efficient solutions in line with clients' actual needs.

Our assignments place high demands on methodology and process management experience, but we also know that success relies on good relations and strong trust between client and consultants.

At CCS we efficiently transform our clients' strategic decisions into operational action and implementation. We help our clients to optimise business benefit either in their existing IT environment, or through new IT investments.
